The rooms are pleasantly furnished and new-fashioned. the views of the castle were great. - the breakfast was wonderful with a lot of different food. - the setting is ideal, close to restaurants, the town center, and major attractions across the river like churches.

The hotel is perfect with affable employees in their customer service. The units are pleasantly furnished, new-fashioned. They serve a huge variety of meals, the food I tried was outstanding. Nothing too much trouble, would recommend this place.

This place is so relaxing and awesome. the breakfast selection is fantastic - you'll love it! the location is top-notch, not too far from the main square and plenty of restaurants, as well as the outskirts of the old city. the check-in process is quick and efficient. 👌

We reserved a modern, clean room with a nicely designed bathroom at an affordable rate.

Friendly and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast - outstanding selection including freshly cooked eggs, pancakes etc. Room was very comfortable and spotless. I especially liked the laundry rooms on the 3rd and 6th floors where guests could wash and dry items of clothing if necessary. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. From our room there was also a view of Wawel Castle.

Although on the ring road which provided easy access by car or bus, the hotel was a good 15 - 20 minute walk into the centre as pedestrians (like traffic) had to cross the Vistula River. I enjoyed the walk but some people may not. There are regular buses but we didn't use them so can't comment on that.

Service and facilities were first class. Everything was as you would expect from 4* hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The staff members were incredibly nice and provided some recommendations. They offered dinner upon arrival. - the queen room with two single beds was decent-sized and pleasantly furnished. - the location was amazing, with the hotel being close to the lively Vistula riverside, amusement park, and Krakow's tourist attractions.

Almost everything, staff, buffé breakfast incredible.

They charged me the double of the bill at the check in the first day!!! Two days after leaving they refunded my money into my account and charged me correct charge. They said to me it was normal for preventing posible extra spent in my room. I didnt like this. They always do the same, we were told.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always provided us with everything we needed. The room we requested on the top floor had a breathtaking view of the castle and was clean, spacious, and had an amazingly comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was diverse and offered a wide range of options. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk away from the Old Town and Kazimierz. The free wifi and internet were a great bonus, and the hotel even offered free underground parking for guests. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only minor downsides were the lack of porridge and cranberry juice options during breakfast. However, these are small issues that didn't affect our overall experience.
